Wade Tinney - CEO, Founding Partner, Executive Producer
Wade has been designing and developing games since 1996. He holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design. An active member of the International Game Developers Association, Wade was a charter steering committee member for the Casual Games Special Interest Group and was the founding editor of the Casual Games Quarterly. He currently leads the New York City Chapter of the IGDA. Wade has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in game design at Parsons School of Design and New York University, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences around the world. Wade founded Large Animal Games with Josh Welber in January of 2001.

Josh Welber - Founding Partner, CTO
Josh has worked as a programmer and game developer since 1997. In January of 2001, he founded Large Animal Games with partner Wade Tinney. Since then, Large Animal has developed over 50 games for a variety of platforms. Their original titles, such as RocketBowl and Snapshot Adventures: Secret of Bird Island, are distributed through all the leading internet properties. Josh also architected Large Animal's Toga platform, which enables the deployment of social games across multiple networks and devices. Toga provides rich analytics for optimizing social games, and a toolset for managing a virtual goods economy across multiple games.

Brad MacDonald - Art Director
Brad has been illustrating and animating since 1989. His clients have included MTV Networks, Sci-Fi Channel, Tommy Hilfiger, NFL, Nascar, The Gap, Sony Records, RCA Records, Epitaph Records, CNBC, The Ethiopian Commentator, MaMaMedia, The LA Galaxy (pro soccer team) and Nickelodeon. Brad was Large Animal's first full time hire, and has been working with the company since 2001. In addition to developing many client games, Brad has been the lead artist for a number of Large Animal's award winning deluxe games, including: Snapshot Adventures, RocketBowl, LEGO: Bricktopia, AlphaQueue, and Unipong. More recently, Brad has been invited to speak at conferences regarding art direction issues specific to social games.
