Sometimes, firewalls or popup blockers can prevent our games from downloading.
To fix this error, click on "Tools" Sometimes, download accelerators or other factors can corrupt the setup file. To fix this, please delete the setup file, clear your temporary internet cache (aka temporary internet files), and then download the game again.
To clear your temporary internet cache in Internet Explorer, click "Tools" (at the top of the window), click "Internet Options", click the "Delete Files" button, and then click the "Delete Cookies" button.
To do this in Netscape, click "Tools" (at the top of the window), click "Cookies Manager", click "Managed Stored Cookies", and then click the "Remove All Cookies" button.

, then click "Internet Options". Click on the "Connections" tab, then click on the "Lan Settings" button. Uncheck the "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script" boxes. Also make sure that the "Use a Proxy server for your LAN..." box is unchecked.
Check to see that you do not have a popup blocker or firewall set up to block games from accessing the internet.
Finally, make sure your internet browser security settings are not set too high. This can prevent the games from downloading properly, or at all. To set your security settings to default, go to Internet Explorer and click "Tools" (at the top of the window), then "Internet Options", then "Security", and then the "Default" button.
