Sometimes, firewalls or popup blockers can prevent our games from downloading.

To fix this error, click on "Tools" (at the top of your window), then click "Internet Options". Click on the "Connections" tab, then click on the "Lan Settings" button. Uncheck the "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script" boxes. Also make sure that the "Use a Proxy server for your LAN..." box is unchecked.

Check to see that you do not have a popup blocker or firewall set up to block games from accessing the internet.

Finally, make sure your internet browser security settings are not set too high. This can prevent the games from downloading properly, or at all. To set your security settings to default, go to Internet Explorer and click "Tools" (at the top of the window), then "Internet Options", then "Security", and then the "Default" button.
