How to install and play the game?

What to Wear is currently available on Facebook. Once you register for an account, you can access the game as follows. No install necessary!

This game is not loading!

• Try reloading the game by pressing the shift and F5 keys together on your keyboard.
• Try clearing your browser's cache:
• In Internet Explorer:
• Click "Tools" on the top menu
• Select "Internet Options"
• In "Browser History," click "Delete"
• In "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files"
• Choose "Close," followed by "OK"
• Relaunch the game
• In Firefox:
• Click "Tools" on the top menu
• Select "Clear Private Data"
• Uncheck everything but "Cache"
• Choose "Clear Private Data Now"
• Relaunch the game

HOW TO PLAY

The basics

What to Wear is all about creating outfits for themed Fashion Contests, voting on those contests and spending your winnings on new clothing to dress your model with.

How do I create an outfit?

• Click the Create Outfit button on the Home screen.
• On the Dress Up screen, click and drag clothing to your model to dress her.
• To remove clothing, click the item to take it off your model and drop it back into the Shop area.
• Use the blue garment buttons to filter by item type - models, hair, shirts, pants, skirts, outerwear, hosiery, shoes, accessories and beauty.
• Adjust layering of clothing, by clicking and dropping items on your model in a different order.
• NOTE: You will automatically be given a model when you first come to Dress Up. You can change her in the Shop by clicking and dropping a new model on your old one.

How do I save and submit an outfit to a contest?

• Once you've finished dressing your model, click the Save/Checkout button.
• If you have enough credits to purchase the outfit, your credits will be debited and you'll see a window confirming that the outfit has been saved to your Portfolio.
• Click the Submit button on that same window to submit your model to the current contest. Make sure her outfit is appropriate for the theme of the contest!
• You'll be returned to the Home screen where your newly submitted outfit will appear under the current contest. You'll also receive credits for your submission.
• NOTE: If you don't have enough credits to buy the clothing in your outfit, you'll need to go earn more by voting on a contest.
• NOTE: Currently, you can only enter each contest once. If you've already entered, you'll see a window telling you this and you won't be able to enter again. You can still save outfits to your portfolio however. Don't worry, soon you'll be able to buy additional entries to contest!
• NOTE: Currently, there is a 20 outfit limit in your Portfolio. If you try to save your 21st outfit, a window will appear warning you that you'll have to delete your oldest outfit in order to save the new one. Don't worry, soon you'll be able to buy more portfolio space!

How do I vote on a contest?

• Click the Start Voting button on the Home screen.
• After the animation, you'll see two models on the screen. Click the one you feel best fits the theme of the contest.
• You'll earn credits for voting and then will be presented with two new models. Keep voting for as long as you like!

What's the Portfolio all about?

• Your Portfolio contains all your saved outfits.
• You can send a picture of one of your outfits to friends by clicking the Heart button next to the outfit.
• You can view other player's portfolios by clicking their profile pic either on the leaderboard or after you vote for an outfit. Check out their looks and let them know what you think by clicking the Heart button next to an outfit.

WAYS TO GET CREDITS

There are several ways to earn credits in What to Wear

• Adding the app - 500 credits to get you started
• Vote on outfits - 2 credits for each vote you cast
• Submit an outfit to a contest - 25 credits for each submission
• More coming soon!

HOW TO INVITE FRIENDS

There are a couple of ways to invite friends play What to Wear

• Click the “Invite” button on the sidebar (to the left of the application).
• Click the “Invite” button on the blue Navigation bar in the middle of the app.

HOW TO GET UPDATES ON NEW FEATURES AND CLOTHING

There are two ways to get updates on Facebook.

• Become a fan and receive periodic update messages to your Facebook inbox: HERE
• Make sure you are receiving notifications from the app so you can find out about Sales and new clothing! Go to your Facebook inbox and click the Notifications tab. Then make sure there is a checkmark in the What to Wear checkbox in the list on the right side of the page.

Facebook keeps a lot of private data about you and your friends. Large Animal Games respects your privacy. Hey, we're from New York City!

We access your Facebook friends that have the What to Wear game added so that they will appear inside the game and so they appear in the leaderboard. We do monitor traffic to What to Wear to see how it's doing as well as figure out how to improve the game experience. We do not store demographic or geographic information about our players.
