Try deleting the Temporary Internet Files stored on your computer, then restart your computer.
To do this in Internet Explorer, click "Tools" (at the top of the window), click "Internet Options", click the "Delete Files" button, and then click the "Delete Cookies" button.
To do this in Netscape, click "Tools" (at the top of the window), click "Cookies Manager", click "Managed Stored Cookies", then click the "Remove All Cookies" button.
If you still encounter this problem after rebooting, please try updating Flash and Shockwave. To update Flash and Shockwave, go to The Macromedia Website and follow the instructions shown.
