Question: I have erased cookies and installed the newest version of Flash and Shockwave, but I don't see anything.

Answer:

Sometimes, Pop-up blockers can keep Flash and Shockwave from loading. You can fix this problem by installing the Flash Player standalone installer from Macromedia. This will keep the Pop-up blocker from blocking Flash and Shockwave.
